Having traffic lights synchronized along the major roadways will help with the flow of traffic, as well as various roundabouts. Eliminate lights such as the one shown on Long Point Road that turns onto I-526 East. This light serves no purpose other then to bottleneck traffic from making a Right Turn.

There are other areas of Town that could benefit from the creation of a Fly Over like the one at Bowman Road and Hwy 17.

Hwy 41 needs to become a priority to improve the flow of traffic. Utilizing a Fly Over where Hwy 41 and Hwy 17 come together would help alleviate the bottleneck traffic that currently happens.

The causeway section along Long Point Road near Rice Planters Drive needs to be addressed to help alleviate the road being closed during heavy rains and flooding. Having this portion of roadway closed is a Safety concern in order for First Responders to be able to utilize the roadway properly.
